🖼️ I wanted to create something artistic and fitting for this beer with a philosophically inspired name. I’m really happy with how it turned out! 🤓

🗣 Eudaimonia is a mixed-culture beer that’s fermented in stainless steel for 1 year and then refermented in the bottle.

This table beer (of sorts) is then dry-hopped with Citra, making for a light, bright, refreshing, zesty and earthy lemon flavour with lively acidity and subtle complexity.
Like its namesake, this beer encourages us to trust that many of life’s most worthwhile projects are often at odds with contentment, but remain worthy of pursuit. In other words, happiness or well-being resulting from rational living!

💪 4.0%
🖍 Cloudy and very pale golden yellow colour with a medium-sized, fizzy and frothy head that evaporates quickly, leaving a small frothy layer.
👄 Full-bodied and slightly silky with crisp and lively carbonation.
👅 Earthy and zesty lemon and brett flavour with lively acidity and a hint of dry hoppiness.
🏁 Dry and refreshing finish.
