🗣 Day 7 brings another complex brew in the form of this Kellerbier!
It has a plethora of flavour elements – including bitter, bready, fruity, herbal, malty, peppery, spicy, sweet and yeasty notes – that make for an interesting and enjoyable experience.
This beer didn’t excite or “wow” me as much as its predecessors, but it’s a well-executed and solid beer with no noticeable faults, so no complaints!

🖍 Cloudy golden orange body with a thin white head that leaves light lacing on the glass.
👃 Malty, bready, herbal and fruity aromas with a sweet note.
👄 Sharply carbonated, medium-to-full body with a lightly velvety mouthfeel.
👅 Lightly sweet and bready caramel malt and a light cranberry flavour with an herbal and bitter hop note.
🏁 Dry and spicy pepper and yeast finish.
