🗣 Day 5 brings another excellent beer! This Belgian Dark Strong Ale is rich, spicy, malty and subtely fruity with many interesting additional notes that blend in very well.

Despite not being very “dark”, this brew is rich, complex and delicious. A great winter and Christmas beer!

🖍 Very cloudy orange peach colour with a small, off-white and fine collar.
👃 Spicy and malty caramel and citrus aromas with a fruity note.
👄 Lightly carbonated, rich and full body with a slightly velvety mouthfeel.
👅 Rich and bready malt sweetness, moderate spiciness and fruity esters with caramel, raisin, floral and alcohol notes.
🏁 Short, slightly dry and malty finish with a hint of bitterness.
