Treehouse Brewing Company “Project Find the Limit No. 10” Review

Enticing aromas redolent of sweet fruit immediately waft through the room as I pour the straw-yellow liquid into the glass. I taste peach, papaya, citrus and a mélange of other tropical fruits that I can pretentiously attempt to discern, but I’ll leave it at that. The typical esters from TH’s expressive yeast are there as well, but it finishes off with an atypical pleasant bitterness, which I suspect is a consequence of the massive dry hop equivalent of 22 lbs/bbl 🤯. This likely ranks as my favorite TH beer thus far, and I would love to try their other experimental hoppy offerings!
