Cold Bear Brewing Co. Two Rivers Review
đŁ Two Rivers is the first offering from a brewery that hasnât even opened yet!
While Cold Bear is putting the final touches on their new brewery in Arnprior, Ontario, they shared this delicious preview of the high quality beers they will be offering.
This New England Pale Ale is brewed using local ingredients, such as malt from Mississippi Mills Malting in Pakenham, hops from Stone Hedge Hop Farms in Eganville, and yeast from Escarpment Labs in Guelph.
The resulting brew is a rich, flavourful and smooth Pale Ale with an intricate yet very well-balanced tropical fruit flavour that might convince you that this is an IPA.
Itâs such an impressive initial offering that makes me very excited for their future brews!

đ Very hazy and opaque butterscotch orange colour under a medium-sized and frothy head that leaves a lot of lacing.
đ Rich medium body with medium carbonation. [35 IBU]
đ
Hoppy, floral and resinous notes of melon, peach and tropical fruitiness with balanced and soft bitterness.
đ Very soft pine finish.
