🗣 This bright and uniquely flavoured IPA is brewed with salted caramel and coffee, giving it a flavour profile that’s a cross between an IPA and an English Mild – which might explain the style name!
I really like this beer! It’s full of contrast and cohesion, ironically balancing sweet and salty, floral and earthy, and hoppy and malty notes.

🖍 Very cloudy brown colour with an copper hue under a very small, cream-coloured collar.
👃 Very malt aromas with roasty and lightly floral notes of caramel, toffee and burnt sugar.
👄 Medium-to-full body with medium carbonation.
👅 Lightly sugary, floral, sweet and slightly roasty coffee malt with an earthy hop character.
🏁 Short and lightly salty caramel finish.
