I used to be cynical about finding true love, until I met the right person.
I’ve been saving this hoppy ale for my wife’s and my anniversary, which happened to coincide around the time of Troon’s anniversary – making this choice all the more fitting!
Pours a pale milky yellow with dense haze. In the aroma I get a whiff of funky NZ hop terroir. I taste ripe mango and citrus with a dank finish and a touch of bitterness that transitions to honey sweetness – a lovely interplay of flavors.
Although I only enjoy a Troon hoppy ale a handful of times each year, they certainly make special occasions feel even more special! 🍻
