đŁ What a wild year 2022 was! One of my highlights was getting to know this great brewery and exploring their adventurous brews. I love that they brew special beers for special occasions, like this beer for New Yearâs Eve/Day!
Itâs an uncommon style in Imperial form. Brewed with Sterling and C-Familiy hops, itâs predominantly malty, hoppy, earthy and piney, and much less fruity than DIPAs generally are.
This beer is definitely a fun way to celebrate the start of a new and hopefully better year! Happy new year!! đ„łđ

đ Cloudy light brown colour with a copper hue under a creamy, medium-sized, macaron yellow collar that leaves sticky lacing on the glass.
đ Malty, hoppy and earthy aroma.
đ Full body with medium carbonation and a silky mouthfeel. [8 IBU]

Malt-forward, hoppy and slightly herbal and pithy grapefruit flavour with a touch of malt sweetness.
đ Earthy pine finish.
