Root and Branch Brewing “Death Party” Review

Unfortunately, I was unable to score cans of the Brujos Void Nectar drop (womp womp), but as a consolation, this R+B extra pale ale proves a beautiful companion for this macabre-themed drinking vessel.

Each R+B beer I’ve had since they’ve settled in Copiague has been a delight – layers of juicy hop flavor are balanced with just the right amount of bitterness for maximum enjoyment. Further contributing to this enjoyment is the visual appeal – although ancillary to taste and mouthfeel, opacity and color are still important elements of the NE style. Suffice to say, they’ve nailed down this aspect as well. From pale ale to triple, these artisans have truly dialed in every component of their hoppy suite. 🔥🔥🔥
