🗣 Inspired by trips to California and dreams of future trips to the west coast, this classic West Coast IPA is loaded with Cascade and Centennial hops that impart aromatic notes of citrus and pine. 2-Row and Caramel malts with Demerara sugar are added to add sweet maltiness and dry it out, thereby accentuating the bitterness.

It’s a firmly bitter and piney IPA that’s balanced with sweet malt that somewhat smoothens and softens the strong flavour.

🖍 Effervescent golden copper body under a medium-to-large-sized pillowy collar that lasts and sticks to the glass.
👃 Piney, malty and citrusy aroma with a sweet note.
👄 Full-bodied with medium carbonation and a somewhat soft and smooth mouthfeel.[60 IBU]
👅 Lightly sugary and sweet caramel malt with firmly piney hop citrus and a fruity note.
🏁 Long, bitter and grassy pine finish.
