đŁ Inspired by San Diego, this California or West Coast-style Pilsner is brewed with yeast and Pilsner malts (from @mississippimills ) that are typical of the style, but with the cool addition of Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops typical of a New England-style IPA.
Itâs clean, crisp, bright and refreshing, but also hugely flavourful and unique – and although the flavour combination isnât exactly my favourite, I once again have to applaud, appreciate and enjoy the innovative approach!

đ Transparent and slightly muted gold colour with a touch of haze under a medium-sized, white, light and frothy head.
đ Malty, hoppy and fruity corn and yeast aromas.
đ Crisp yet smooth medium-to-full body with sharp medium carbonation. [20 IBU]

Hop forward, malty, grainy and fruity notes of bubblegum, mandarin orange and grapefruit.
đ Clean citrus finish.
