Bellwoods Beer A Pale Ale Review

🗣 A Pale Ale is one that harnesses the power of hop innovation. This was the first time Bellwoods used CryoPop, a pelletized hop blend from @yakimachief , and it’s engineered to maximize hop aroma.

They then tried another new ingredient in highly flocculating neutral yeast that allows the hop profile to take centre stage. This, combined with the addition of Simcoe hops, gives A Pale Ale its bright, zesty, refreshing and equally hoppy and fruity flavour.

In the Loral version, the neutral yeast (that lets the hops do the talking) emphasizes the hop variety to create a bright, crisp and refreshing herbal flavour.

👄 Light yet sharp carbonation and light-to-medium body with a silky mouthfeel.
👅 CryoPop & Simcoe bring hoppy and fruity flavours of lemon grass, coconut water and lime cordial with a light grassy note.
👅 Loral brings lightly hoppy and soft herbal flavours of jasmine, orange marmalade and fresh dandelion with a light grassy note.
